Is my resume really private?
Yes. Open your browser's network tab and run a scan — you'll see zero requests. The entire analysis is JavaScript running on your device. We physically cannot see your resume.
How is the score calculated?
We extract the skills, tools, and repeated terms the job description emphasizes, weight them by importance, and measure how many appear in your resume (80% of the score). The remaining 20% comes from ATS formatting checks like contact info, standard section headings, and quantified achievements.
Why keywords? Isn't that gaming the system?
Applicant tracking systems and recruiters both search by keywords. If you have the skill but your resume says it differently than the posting does, you lose. JobFit only recommends adding keywords that are true of you — it's translation, not fabrication.
How does the Pro unlock work?
